Ready to go

Our group meet together on Monday for a last minute orientation. We have 11 individuals headed out on this trip. Eight graduate and undergraduate students are going. They are Jeremy Conk, Meagan Bills, Eric Larsen, Heather Taua, Marcy Lee, Stefanie Jenkins, Troy Whittaker, and Nathan Marden. Lisa Nichols, executive director of the Midtown Clinic in Ogden is joining us. Dave Wyant is also coming. He's a faculty member at WSU in the health administration program...and me.

We leave on Saturday on a few different flights. Some decided to stay a little longer, some signed up late. Most of us will head first to some location in the U.S., then to Paris, then to Stockholm. We will be there for the first week. We have set up a number of visits and presentations. These include the medical director of one of the largest hospitals and medical research universities in Europe...Karolinska, government officials, university friends, social welfare experts, midwives, physicians, and even a few Finnish relatives.

We're excited to go...if I can figure it out, I can hopefully include a few pictures of the trip as we go along.
